Summary:
The Business Analyst is responsible for performing data retrieval from various internal and external sources and using that information to develop detailed analyses that support the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity. Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field or eight years of equivalent experience required Minimum two years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role required Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong knowledge of Excel required SQL, Python, Tableau and Salesforce experience preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine and detailed business analysis, outline problems, and recommend data-driven solutions based on the needs of the business Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources and tools Monitor delinquency performance, roll rates, and cute rates, track progress against stated goals Analyzes business processes and creates enhancement requirements using industry trends and professional business knowledge Design informative and actionable analyses to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in the data and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership Support annual budgeting and forecasting by analyzing projections on legal and third party vendor expenses as part of the collection strategy Communicates complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to all stakeholders Performs all other duties as assigned

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to communicate complex technical information Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Able to work collaboratively alongside stakeholders to deliver insights through data, building and maintaining a suite of dashboards and reports Communication, collaboration skills and organizational skills Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments Benefits of Joining the

Some positions within the credit union also qualify for quarterly performance incentives Paid time off for vacation, personal days, and holidays 401(k) company contribution Teachers pays 100% of Dental & Vision premium Tuition reimbursement is offered to full-time employees Exclusive employee discount of 0.96% APR on credit card loans and a 1.00% APR on all other loans through Teachers The good faith range for this position is $66,600 - $80,000 annually. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. All candidates will be subject to a background check, credit check, and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
