Business Analyst Job Duties:

Analyze and monitor system performance data across Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace, and dealership software platforms to support operational efficiency and technology planning. Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems while evaluating vendor performance metrics and ensuring compliance with internal policies and Federal Safeguards regulations. Develop BI reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations to optimize system usage, reduce downtime, and enhance IT budgeting and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

Master or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, CIS, ENGINEERING, IT, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION or related field with 0 months of experience.

Hours:

40/week, Mon. to Fri., 9:00AM to 5:00
