This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring ERP capabilities align with operational and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting, configuring, and enhancing ERP systems, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. The day begins. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for ERP system improvements and optimization Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications Support ERP system configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancements Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to resolve system issues and improve functionality Develop reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support operational decision-making Provide end-user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing ERP support Participate in system upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives Create and maintain system documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures Monitor ERP performance and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness Ensure data integrity, system compliance, and adherence to business requirements throughout the organization Why This Role?
