Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Facilities Analyst to serve as the primary architect for cost containment and operational efficiency within our physical infrastructure. This is a high-impact analytical role focused on eliminating fiscal leakage and optimizing operational spend. You will analyze the data behind our operations to identify inefficiencies, renegotiate service level agreements, and leverage Life Cycle Costing (LCCA) to drive significant bottom-line savings through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Cost Reduction Strategy:
Perform deep-dive audits of utility consumption, vendor contracts, and service frequencies to identify and capture immediate cost-saving opportunities .
Financial Modeling:
Develop and manage the facilities budget, utilizing predictive analytics to transition from high-cost emergency spending to optimized, planned expenditures.
Vendor Performance Management:
Conduct rigorous benchmarking of third-party service providers to ensure competitive pricing and consolidate redundant service contracts.
Asset ROI Analysis:
Evaluate the financial performance of critical infrastructure to determine optimal repair-versus-replace timelines, ensuring maximum value from every capital dollar spent.
Data-Driven Procurement:
Partner with procurement teams to lead RFP processes, utilizing historical performance data to negotiate more favorable terms for facilities-related goods and services.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
Experience:
3+ years in financial analysis, strategic sourcing, or data-driven operations management.
Analytical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables) and experience with ERP reporting tools or CMMS systems.
Strategic Mindset:
Proven ability to translate operational data into clear financial justifications and multi-year cost-avoidance plans.
Travel Required :
