Icertis Administrator and Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Icertis Administrator and Business Analyst to join our team in Marysville, Ohio. This long-term contract position requires someone who is detail oriented, excels in managing contract configurations, designing templates, and delivering insights for maximum efficiency within the automotive industry. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and hands-on involvement in implementing best practices for the Icertis platform.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress and address challenges. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements and plan solutions. Configure contract types, templates, and linkages to amendments using the Icertis platform. Lead best practice implementation for Co-Pilot configurations and risk discovery. Provide demonstrations and share insights to enhance user understanding and adoption. Oversee sprint planning and assign story points to development tasks. Deliver interactive insights and risk analyses for new contract types. Train team members on advanced Icertis functionalities beyond standard certifications. Communicate progress and updates effectively across internal teams. Ensure templates and configurations align with organizational goals and customer needs. Proven experience as an Icertis Administrator and Business Analyst. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide best practices in contract management. Expertise in designing and configuring contract types and templates. Solid understanding of Co-Pilot configurations and interactive insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams. Proficiency in sprint planning and agile methodologies. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Familiarity with configuration management and risk discovery processes.
