Business Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in enterprise healthcare systems, quality assurance processes, and test strategy management. The ideal candidate will have experience translating complex business and technical requirements into actionable solutions while supporting large-scale enterprise testing and quality initiatives. Key Responsibilities Analyze and understand business and technical challenges related to enterprise applications and systems. Gather, document, and translate complex requirements into clear, testable business and functional scenarios. Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams to support solution delivery and quality assurance initiatives. Support the definition and execution of testing strategies, master test plans, and project schedules. Coordinate testing activities across component, integration, user acceptance, and production phases. Identify test data requirements and support the creation of mock or synthetic test data as needed. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support defect lifecycle management activities. Work closely with technical teams to ensure quality standards and project objectives are achieved. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support continuous quality enhancement efforts. Provide reporting, documentation, and analysis to support decision-making and project delivery. Required Qualifications Experience working with enterprise healthcare systems and related business processes. Strong understanding of business analysis, software testing, and quality assurance methodologies. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and test management tools. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise programs and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, IBM RFT, or similar technologies. Understanding of automation frameworks including Data-Driven, Hybrid, and Page Object Model frameworks. Hands-on experience with scripting using Python or Core Java. Working knowledge of Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience with healthcare member, benefits, and claims-related systems. Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and operational data stores. Experience supporting enterprise-level testing and quality initiatives. Exposure to modern automation and development practices.
