Job Summary:

We are searching for a Specialist Business Systems Analyst to join our team and contribute to the advancement of digital solutions in product lifecycle management. Our team works cross-functionally within a dynamic manufacturing environment to drive process transformation, system adoption, and digital best practices for critical operations.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and document current-state engineering and manufacturing processes, including Bill of Materials (BOM), configuration management, and SKU structures, to identify areas for improvement. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather and define business requirements, rules, and process designs. Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready artifacts within Agile product teams. Support deployment, change management, training, user acceptance testing, and ongoing optimization of digital business processes and systems.

Required:

Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience, OR Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience in Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Hands-on experience in engineering and manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOM), configuration management, SKU structures, and business processes across manufacturing sites. Prior understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements and their implications on software deployment in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or medical manufacturing industry. Proven ability to translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria as a business analyst, with experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
