Long term Job description: Maintain process documentation Work with each department to help develop new software specifications Serve as a primary contact for our outside development teams Define and coordinate the testing plans for all software changes Work with various stakeholders to verify the effectiveness of all notable process and software changes Maintain all user training materials/manuals for key management systems developed by customer Drive efforts to embrace AI, task automation, and systems integration throughout the company Work with Marketing and Sales to develop content that effectively promotes the benefits of our software to customers, capacity partners (drivers/carriers) and internal users Additional responsibilities could include: Cross-functional coordination responsibilities Process improvement work Requirements gathering/documentation Project/change support KPI and data analysis Quality system documentation responsibilities IT alignment responsibilities
