Job Description

IT Business Analyst The IT Business Analyst works with stakeholders and Agile teams to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and technology solutions. Must be in Columbus, OH area to go on-site (3x a week) Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Must be able to work as a W2 employee Responsibilities Gather and document business and system requirements. Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications. Conduct gap analysis and support backlog prioritization and sprint planning. Partner with Product Owners, developers, architects, and business stakeholders. Analyze data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and support decisions. Develop test scenarios and support user acceptance testing. Participate in Agile ceremonies and identify risks, dependencies, and process improvements. Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, and documentation. Qualifications Experience with Agile delivery, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Azure DevOps Experience Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. SQL, AI tools, DevOps, and CI/CD knowledge are preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Agile certification preferred.
Pay:
$32.00 - $35.00 per hour
