Job Description
Role Summary Lead operational design and strategic planning across digital asset initiatives. Communicate effectively with senior leadership, influence decisions, build consensus, and foster engagement. Provide thought leadership on the convergence of traditional finance and decentralized finance, including related risks, opportunities, and operational considerations. Source-Supported Qualification Themes 7+ years of experience as a business analyst, strategy, or operations professional in financial services or fintech, including 3+ years in digital assets or blockchain domains. Proven experience leading cross-functional strategy formation and execution planning in operational functions. Strong analytical and documentation skills, including business requirements, process flows, and technical system interactions. Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SEC and CFTC expectations. Familiarity with wallet architectures, key management, allowlisting, and chain analytics usage. Exposure to custody platforms, institutional wallet providers, compliance tooling, or chain indexing solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership. Bachelor s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Preferred experience includes knowledge of Bitcoin, Ethereum and Layer-2 ecosystems, token standards, stablecoin mechanics, tokenized deposit flows, and an ability to synthesize complex topics into executive-ready insights
