JOB SUMMARY
As a Business Services Systems Analyst in the newly formed Business Services Division, this role wears multiple hats to manage, administer, and support our core Salesforce FSC platform. Acting as the primary knowledge center, this position partners cross-functionally with sales, support, and engineering teams to align technology solutions with our strategic business growth. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
(RESPONSIBILITIES): Handle day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and support of our core CRM platform, with an emphasis on tailored workflows for financial services and payments. Manage user accounts, security controls, custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, and automation (Flows). Partner closely with key internal stakeholders, primarily our Sales and Support teams, to deeply understand current workflows and uncover needed functionality. Collaborate directly with the development team to prioritize the product backlog, ensuring technical sprints align with the division's strategic milestones. Own the QA process for all new Salesforce features, enhancements, and integrations before they hit production. Develop comprehensive test scenarios, execute user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate that technical deliverables perfectly match business requirements. Act as an ambassador for the platform across the organization, working with other bank divisions to support and accelerate the broader adoption of Salesforce. Serve as the primary tier-1 support contact for users encountering technical questions, glitches, or process bottlenecks within Salesforce. Exercises awareness with regard to possible suspicious activity, money laundering or fraudulent behavior and reports any such incidents to the BSA department. Performs all job functions in compliance with all company policies and federal, state, and local laws and regulations as applicable to the position, including, but not limited to BSA/AML, OFAC and GLBA/privacy rules. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Thorough knowledge in understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Proficient in MS Office. Excellent communication, collaboration and relational skills. Proven hands-on configuration skills (Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly preferred). Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is a major plus. Ability to multitask and have a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude Exemplifies the
