Job Description

Business Analyst
CANDIDATE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will be a highly driven and analytical with at least: Experience working with A/B or Multivariate frameworks Advanced working knowledge of Excel Previous experience utilizing SQL A minimum of 1 year analytics experience Experience working with statisticians and data modelers preferred Industry experience in, and passion for, online marketing The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following abilities: Data-driven, results-oriented and hands-on: Ability to apply past program learnings, particularly creative test results, to future campaign optimization strategies.
Multi-task and detail-oriented:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects with tight deadlines while paying close attention to the details of all delivered creatives.
Organized:
Must be able to prioritize daily, weekly and monthly tasks and possess a ?sense of urgency? to record quick wins.
