- The Business Analyst will work closely with Technology Lead, Finance Manager, and client to deliver and analyze a wide range of financial reports to support business planning and strategic decision-making. This role will be heavily focused around reporting creation and management. Planning and organizing
- establish course of action to accomplish goals and evaluates results, develops schedules and task/people assignments, can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish goals, uses resources effectively and efficiently Update and maintain client reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annually cadence Data Management
- Ability to process large amounts of data in an organized manner. Technical Learning
- Picks up on technical things quickly; can learn new skills and knowledge; is good at learning new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge; does well in technical courses and seminars.
Requirements:
Successful candidates will possess a preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 2-3 years of experience Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, including internal finance team and client business leadership Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills Must be a self-starter with the ability to excel in a fast paced and customer service oriented environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand big picture Flexible and adaptable to tasks assigned A high degree of proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office applications. PeopleSoft and Oracle knowledge is plus. This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position:
118,250.00- 125,775.
