Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Management in Denver, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a retail location, you will help create a welcoming environment by monitoring entry points, verifying access, and responding to security-related concerns. $17.50 / Hour Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):

Proficiency in using computers or tablets is necessary. Candidates should be comfortable navigating software applications and performing data entry tasks. Customer Service Experience (B219):

A background in customer service is preferred. Candidates should exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, manage visitor entry procedures, and maintain accurate access-related records.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location, entrances, receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unauthorized access and unusual activity.

Communicate professionally with store personnel, delivery personnel, and visitors while supporting orderly operations at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
