Job Description
Job Summary This is a primarily remote position with occasional requirements to report to the headquarters in Harrisburg, PA, for training or meetings, such as monthly collaboration days. The role involves leading the EDRS Adoption team under the guidance of the Quality Assistance Team (QAT) supervisor. The team provides support to healthcare facilities and other external stakeholders for EDRS enrollment and electronic death reporting. Responsibilities Provide direction on daily assignments and prioritization for the team. Escalate end-user technical problems to the Business Workflow Unit for troubleshooting. Meet with the QAT supervisor and director routinely to provide status updates. Assign and prioritize team work assignments. Engage with program SMEs and stakeholders to verify application functionality and escalate issues. Report application defects and escalate potential deficiencies to relevant teams. Identify and escalate common issues, stakeholder concerns, and project successes. Develop training documents and tools to support stakeholders. Assist in reviewing current EDRS usage and tailor outreach based on adoption rates. Team Responsibilities Perform outreach to facilities to understand reporting workflow and recommend strategies. Assist in the analysis and management of facility setup in PAVRMS. Help external stakeholders with establishing and recovering SSO credentials. Assist stakeholders with linking SSO credentials to PAVRMS accounts. Refer stakeholders to available training and support resources. Operational Requirements Schedule project status meetings routinely. Complete weekly timesheet reporting by the end of the week. Provide weekly personal status reporting via SharePoint. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, customer service, or end-user support. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience in training or technical support delivery for professional audiences is preferred.
