Harrisburg,PA Primarly Remote Key Responsibilities Leadership & Coordination Direct daily work assignments and prioritize tasks for the EDRS Adoption team. Meet routinely (weekly or biweekly) with the QAT supervisor and Bureau director to provide status updates, report project successes, and surface common issues, adoption barriers, or stakeholder concerns. Escalate end-user technical problems and application defects to the Business Workflow unit for troubleshooting and resolution. Engage with program subject matter experts (SMEs) to verify single sign-on (SSO) application functionality. Stakeholder Support & Outreach Guide external stakeholders—including physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel from licensed hospitals, nursing homes, and long-term care facilities—through EDRS onboarding and enrollment. Provide telephonic and email support for SSO credential setup, recovery, password resets, account unlocks, and linking credentials to the vital records management system. Assist facilities in incorporating EDRS into their internal workflows, reviewing usage levels, and tailoring outreach based on adoption rates. Develop training documents, guides, and tools to support stakeholders and refer users to appropriate technical and training resources.
Operational Details Work Arrangement:
Primarily telework from a home office. The contractor is responsible for home network connectivity.
Equipment & Software:
A laptop and necessary software—including Microsoft Teams and Genesys phone licenses—will be provided.
On-Site Requirement:
May be required to report to headquarters in Harrisburg, PA, on a periodic basis for training or meetings (such as monthly collaboration days). Office space will be provided when on-site; parking is not provided.
Administrative Duties:
Complete weekly timesheet reporting in the designated vendor management system by close of business (COB) Friday, and submit weekly personal status reports via SharePoint by COB Friday. Qualifications & Requirements Experience & Skills Minimum of 4 years of experience in the information technology industry focusing on business analysis, customer service, and/or end-user support. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to explain business requirements, workflows, and technical concepts to professional audiences. A history of successful training or technical support delivery is preferred.
