This role serves as a strategic partner to the CIO, helping translate complex business challenges into actionable insights, executive-level reporting, and scalable operating mechanisms that improve decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities span enterprise transformation, performance monitoring, resource prioritization, strategic planning, operational effectiveness, executive communications, and board-level support. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and business acumen with the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence senior leaders, and synthesize complex information into clear, executive-ready recommendations. Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, intellectual curiosity, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively across organizational boundaries.Key Focus Areas:
- Strategic Operations & Enterprise Transformation Lead high-priority CIO-sponsored initiatives that advance strategic objectives and enterprise transformation efforts. Develop executive governance processes, performance frameworks, and operating mechanisms that provide visibility into execution, outcomes, risks, and dependencies.
- Executive Business Intelligence Gather and synthesize information from internal and external sources to create board-ready presentations, executive briefings, and performance insights that inform planning, prioritization, and investment decisions.
- Strategic Decision Support & Advanced Analytics Serve as the CIO's strategic analytics partner, delivering rapid-response analysis and executive insights in support of leadership discussions, board meetings, vendor negotiations, and key business decisions.
- Organizational Performance & Continuous Improvement Identify operational gaps and opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness through analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Expertise in developing executive-level dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, presentations, and business cases using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and other reporting platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from inception to execution, working across all functions of the business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and executive recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and synthesize complex information into clear, executive-ready narratives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with precision, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% as needed. Preferred
- Experience with enterprise technology strategy, portfolio and investment planning, technology operating models, or technology business management.
- Experience designing or improving strategic planning, prioritization, governance, or executive operating processes.
