In-Person Competitive Salary 48 Months Experience No formal schooling No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description EPAM Systems, INC seeks a Lead Business Analyst in Newtown, PA, 18940, and various, long term unanticipated worksites with the option to relocate throughout the U.S. Minimum requirements for the position are: 4 years of employment experience in the job offered (Lead Business Analyst), Business Consultant, Managing Consultant, Principal Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, Product Owner, Process Analyst, Functional Analyst, Software Maintenance Engineer, Project Manager, Product Manager, Software Testing Engineer, QA Engineer, QA Analyst, or closely related occupation. Will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
Duties:
Responsible for software development processes. Participate in gathering requirements, analysis, design, implementation and testing. Analyze and document functional and technical requirements and create specifications. Utilize different software development methodologies, processes, techniques and quality planning methods in all phases of work. Participate in application and user acceptance testing. Facilitate effective communication between customers and technical team by translating operational language into technical terminology. Create high-quality analysis and requirement documentation.
