Duties:
Responsible for software development processes.
Lead requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation and testing.
Actively participate in pre-sales activities.
Propose solutions to achieve business objectives.
Analyze and document functional and technical requirements and create specifications.
Conduct a comparative analysis of proposals.
Utilize different software development methodologies, processes, techniques and quality planning methods in all phases of work.
Perform and assess application and user acceptance testing.
Assist staff and clients with application problems, issues and defects regarding software capabilities and performance.
Facilitate effective communication between customers and technical team by translating operational language into technical terminology.
Mentor junior level analysts.
Communicate and justify estimates for the client.
