Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or systems implementation.
Experience working with SAP business processes and projects.
Experience supporting system testing, UAT, and business process documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SQL and data warehouses
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Position Summary
We are seeking a temporary Business Analyst & Project Manager to support strategic initiatives across business transformation, analytics, and SAP-related projects. This individual will coordinate project activities, analyze business requirements, support testing efforts, document processes, and help drive successful project execution across cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
Coordinate project activities and stakeholder communications across business and IT teams.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process workflows.
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking to support data-driven decision-making.
Support SAP-related initiatives, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case development, test execution, and defect tracking.
Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
Prepare executive-ready presentations and project updates.
