The opportunity As an Account Business Advisor Assistant Director within the Finance Pipeline to Cash (P2C) team, you will help drive the financial, operational and strategic performance of one or more highly complex accounts. You will combine financial advisory, operational execution and commercial leadership to support compliance with client contracts and commercial commitments. Working as a trusted partner to Global Client Service Partners (GCSP), account stakeholders and designated client contacts, you will help enable predictable, profitable account performance, margin optimization, operational dimensions, and effective risk management. Your key responsibilities- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Global Client Service Partners, key stakeholders and client procurement contacts to protect the firm's commercial and contractual position while delivering high-quality client service.
- Validate account financial data on assigned accounts and partner with Finance and Operations teams, including the application of master services agreement terms, discounts and billing requirements.
- Provide financial performance insights, analyze margin drivers and forecasts, monitor billed and unbilled inventory, and identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with engagement leaders and pricing and commercial teams to support pricing, margin modeling and pursuit decisions aligned with account frameworks.
- Support account-level governance and consistent application of contractual terms, statements of work, rate cards, discounts and procurement requirements.
- Use firm-standard analytics, collaboration, workflow and reporting tools to improve visibility, track progress and reduce reliance on custom solutions.
- Support onboarding, pre-engagement screening, compliance activities, knowledge management and operational continuity; escalate financial, contractual and quality and risk management issues when appropriate.
- Maintain account data integrity through required master data and system updates and prepare accurate financial and operational insights for internal and client discussions.
- Coordinate Finance and Operations resources in a global, matrixed model, provide day-to-day guidance and contribute to capability development and consistent execution.
- Apply sound judgment to resolve moderately complex issues, interpret contractual requirements and support pricing, contract execution and resource alignment decisions. Skills and attributes for success

- Sound financial and commercial acumen, including the ability to analyze account performance, synthesize information and communicate clear recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a complex environment.
- Ability to interpret master services agreements, operational dimensions, statements of work and related commercial terms while balancing compliance, operational efficiency and risk.
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools and a commitment to using standard processes, technology and firm enablers.
- Effective collaboration across functions, regions and global delivery teams in a virtual, matrixed environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the cultural awareness to work effectively across geographic and organizational boundaries.
To qualify you must have:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in account finance, commercial management, operations or a related field.
- Experience analyzing financial data and performance indicators to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Experience applying contractual and commercial terms and supporting account governance, pricing, billing or related operational processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and coordinate resources across a global, matrixed organization.
