Investment & Wealth Products on the Retirement Plan Services (RPS) Product Solutions leadership team, you will provide leadership, direction and functional expertise for the investment & wealth product suite (which includes IRA's, collective investment trusts, retirement income and annuities, mutual funds, etc.). You will develop strategy and lead product innovation, business development and/or revenue expansion initiatives. You will serve as our key resource to ensure our investment & wealth products are competitive, profitable, and provide client value, while driving utilization across new & existing RPS clients.What you'll be doing
- Develop, create and execute on the business strategy for revenue & investment expansion
- Identify investment products that can readily integrate into the RPS business model, driving increased revenues and more competitive client offerings
- Identify, research and partner with appropriate internal/external resources to ensure applicable products can be integrated into the strategy of LFG and RPS
- Drive peer and senior management support needed to implement and integrate projects, products and strategies into the RPS business
- Partner with pricing and business line leaders to analyze impacts of strategic solutions on ROE, market viability, marketing and sales strategy and integration, operational capability and overall awareness and acceptance of innovative development
- Partner with business leaders to determine the direction for the business line in the strategic solution selection/review process of innovative investment product development efforts
- Solicit and collect input from Senior Management and other internal stakeholders regarding the direction of a strategy within the business line
- Collaborate with marketing leaders to accurately position all strategy solutions in an open and easy to understand manner that is consistent with mission/goals of RPS and the enterprise
- Identify gaps in the product suite and operational processes, and then collaborate across teams to drive improvementsWhat we're looking for
Must-haves:
- 10+ Years Experience in retirement product development that aligns with the responsibilities
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- Finds common ground and can gain collaboration among management, colleagues and peers; can influence outcomes without directing or commanding
- Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.
