PM What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service at a healthcare front desk by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies. Greet patients, visitors, staff, and vendors; verify identification and appointments as required; and provide directions to appropriate departments or waiting areas. Monitor visitor access, issue visitor credentials in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and access-related records. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established response procedures. Observe front desk and entry activity, report suspicious or unusual activity, and help to deter unauthorized access through a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

At least two years of security-related experience is required. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
