About the role:
This role provides an opportunity to work across a wide range of operational and strategic initiatives supporting key business priorities. A typical day includes analyzing data to identify trends or risks, building and refining processes to improve efficiency, developing presentations for leadership or clients, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working across multiple disciplines within a fast-paced environment.

this is a full-time position with a required hybrid schedule in the posted location. Current and future sponsorship are not available for this position About the team: You will be part of a small, high-impact Strategy & Operations team focused on driving performance, improving processes, and supporting client outcomes. The team works closely with cross-functional partners across operations, technology, and client management to deliver data-driven insights and scalable solutions for FIS. While based in Milwaukee, the team collaborates closely with stakeholders across multiple locations.
What you will be doing:
In this role, you will be responsible for: Analyzing operational and transaction data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Designing, documenting, and implementing processes to improve efficiency and consistency across programs Creating executive-level presentations and reporting to communicate insights and recommendations Supporting client interactions, including data requests, issue analysis, and solution development Partnering with internal stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements What you bring: Strong analytical skills with experience working with data sets, reporting tools, or dashboards Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations Experience building or improving business processes and operational workflows Strong communication skills, including creating presentations and interacting with clients or stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience:
3-7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or analytical roles Experience in financial services, payments, or fintech preferred but not required Required work hours: Standard business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Overtime required: Minimal, based on business needs Weekends required: No Travel percentage for this role: ~5-10%, as needed Added Bonus if you have: Experience in payments, fintech, or EBT-related programs Advanced data skills (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or similar tools) Experience working directly with clients or presenting to executive audiences What we offer you: A career at FIS is more than just a job.
