• Role Summary
• Seeking a
• Business Analyst - Claims
• to support a claims transformation initiative, including documenting current-state processes, assisting with future-state design, and coordinating system configuration activities with the selected claims platform vendor.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Document current-state claims processes, workflows, and business requirements.

+ Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders. + Support process redesign and future-state workflows. + Coordinate with the claims system vendor on configuration, testing, and implementation activities. + Track requirements, decisions, issues, and project deliverables. + Assist with user acceptance testing and business readiness activities.

• Qualifications
• + 10+ years of Business Analyst experience, with insurance claims operations.

+ Experience documenting business processes and requirements. + Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills. + Experience supporting system implementations is preferred. + Technical knowledge is helpful but not required.

provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $117,600.00 to $196,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
