• Track, analyze, and resolve billing issues for renewable energy accounts
• Document billing workflows and end‑to‑end account lifecycle processes
• Perform data analysis and billing research using SQL queries
• Build and present dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external customers Candidates for Business Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Hands‑on experience with SQL and relational databases
• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exposure to billing systems or financial/account‑based systems
• Good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with AI tools (Copilot/ChatGPT) What's in this Business Analyst position for you?

Pay Details:
