Role SummaryThe Lead Business Systems Analyst serves as a strategic partner bridging business needs and technology solutions. This role leads large-scale system initiatives, drives process improvements, and ensures business applications are optimized for performance and user experience. Based in Los Angeles, CA, this position plays a critical role in shaping technology roadmaps and delivering impactful solutions that support organizational objectives while overseeing a small team. Key ResponsibilitiesLead business systems initiatives, serving as a primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholdersGather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user storiesOversee system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across enterprise applicationsDevelop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business strategyManage vendor relationships, including
RFP/RFI/RFQ
