Key ResponsibilitiesLead business systems initiatives, serving as a primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholdersGather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user storiesOversee system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across enterprise applicationsDevelop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business strategyManage vendor relationships, including
