Key responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, procedures and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resources and deliverables, and ensure timely execution Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate clear communication and understanding Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments on proposed business initiatives Monitor and track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Perform data analysis and prepare reports to identify trends, patterns and insights for decision making Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and provide recommendations for contingency plans Support the implementation of new processes and systems, and provide training to end-users as needed Continuously identify opportunities for process and system optimization and present recommendations to management

Qualifications:
