Yes, subject to business need and budget approval About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Business Execution Consultant to support strategic initiatives within a complex and fast-paced financial services environment. In this role, you will partner with product, business, technology, operations, and risk teams to drive execution, coordinate delivery activities, and ensure alignment with business objectives and governance requirements. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis capabilities with a product and delivery mindset, excels at managing multiple priorities, and can translate complex business needs into actionable outcomes. Experience within Payments, Treasury Services, or Merchant Services is highly preferred. What You'll DoBusiness Analysis & Execution Analyze business processes, requirements, and operational challenges to support strategic initiatives. Document business requirements, functional requirements, process flows, and execution artifacts. Evaluate current-state and future-state processes and identify business impacts, risks, and dependencies. Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation. Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with business objectives. Support backlog readiness activities and maintain execution artifacts throughout the delivery lifecycle. Product & Delivery Coordination Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, technology teams, and operational partners to support successful execution. Track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and execution progress across multiple workstreams. Monitor initiatives for risks, blockers, and scheduling concerns, escalating issues when appropriate. Prepare executive-ready status updates, delivery summaries, and progress reports. Support validation activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and acceptance criteria. Contribute to intake processes, work prioritization discussions, and backlog refinement activities. Governance, Risk & Compliance Execute work in accordance with established governance, risk, compliance, and change management standards. Maintain documentation required for audits, controls testing, and regulatory reviews. Identify operational, execution, and compliance risks and communicate concerns through appropriate channels. Ensure deliverables align with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Business Analysis, Implementation, Strategic Planning, Operations, or Delivery Support. Experience supporting project execution, milestone tracking, and delivery governance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights. Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, and execution artifacts. Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders, business functions, and concurrent initiatives. Experience operating within complex technology and business environments. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Management professional. 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with preference for Payments-related experience. Experience supporting Payments, Treasury Services, or Merchant Services initiatives. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and delivery frameworks. Experience using Jira and Confluence for backlog management, documentation, and workflow coordination. Understanding of the end-user experience and business value behind product development decisions. Experience in large-scale, highly regulated environments.
