Business Operations Analyst/Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day coordination of project activities across multiple workstreams
Maintain and track project plans, action logs, risks, and dependencies
Help drive follow-ups on open items, ensuring accountability and timely resolution
Prepare concise status updates and summaries for stakeholders
Assist in organizing meetings, documenting notes, and tracking decisions and action items
Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to align on deliverables
Support testing coordination, including tracking progress against planned activities
Identify potential risks or gaps in execution and escalate appropriately
Help ensure key deliverables are completed in alignment with agreed timelinesPosition #2
Job Responsibilities:

Execute testing activities by following defined instructions and rest plans while quickly learning new systems and processes
Identity , document, and track issues, ensuring findings are clearly recorded and well-organized
Communicate results, observations, and recommendations to stakeholders in a structured way
Collaborate with project teams to support system enhancements and provide feedback on process improvementsAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, or similar) is a plus
Familiarity with structured project delivery (e.g., Agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments)
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to translate complex work into clear, structured updates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-moving environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required
3+ years experience in a project coordination, PMO, or junior project management role
Experience supporting data, operations, or technology-related initiatives
Familiarity with structured project delivery (e.g., Agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments)
Background in financial services (asset management, banking, or related) strongly preferred
Skills:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured instructions precisely
Highly organized with strong documentation and tracking capabilities
Experience supporting projects or participating in testing efforts (UAT, system testing, or similar)
Technically savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present issues clearly and concisely
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and articulate root causes
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams); experience with tracking tools or workflow systems is a plus
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required
3+ years experience in finance or related fields
Experience supporting data, operations, or technology-related initiative
Experience in financial services

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
