Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst / Scrum Master to lead Agile project delivery for a dynamic, cross-functional technology team. In this role, you will facilitate requirements discovery, translate complex business needs into clear user stories, and support Agile planning and execution. You will collaborate with technical teams, manage product backlogs, coordinate releases, and assist during critical incidents to ensure seamless delivery. Your strategic vision and practical understanding of AI/ML concepts will help identify innovative opportunities and drive operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing professional passionate about Agile methodologies and cutting-edge technology.
Top Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Owner/Analyst, Scrum Master, or similar hybrid role supporting technology delivery Strong ability to transform complex business needs into high-quality Agile artifacts—including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, edge cases, and non-functional requirements Proven Scrum Master skills: facilitating Agile ceremonies, resolving conflicts, coaching teams, managing dependencies, and fostering continuous improvement Excellent systems-thinking with an end-to-end perspective, understanding data flows, integrations, and operational impacts Technical fluency in SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD, APIs, and monitoring tools; ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams Practical knowledge of AI/ML concepts, use cases, and implications to enhance project management and delivery outcomes Experience with Agile lifecycle tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or VersionOne, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to operate in ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities Proficiency in productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for executive communication and planning Preferred (Optional): Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) and/or experience with scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe Support for production releases and incident response in high-availability environments Knowledge of security, privacy, and performance considerations in delivery artifacts About Seneca Resources At Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm, we are a trusted career partner.
