We're seeking a Dynamics 365 CE (Sales) and Power Platform Consultant to work directly with clients on designing, customizing, and delivering impactful CRM and automation solutions. What You'll Do:

• Lead CRM discovery, design, configuration, and deployment for Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Field Service, etc.
• Build and enhance custom apps, flows, and automations using Power Platform
• Translate business processes into scalable technical and functional solutions
• Train users, develop documentation, and support successful adoption
• Work closely with developers, PMs, and fellow consultants
• Stay current on Microsoft product updates, features, and best practices

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE/Sales
• Hands-on Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and CRM best practices
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and client‑facing skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment

Bonus:

Experience with customer service modules, plugin development, or integration tools

• Must have at least 2 years of experience consulting with a Microsoft Partner or Big 5 Consulting firm
• Experience working within manufacturing or distribution organizations is a plus
