Duties:

Lead end-to-end program management activities related to strategic sourcing and contracting across managed services engagements. Drive cost optimization and profitability for the program while ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. Ensure project KPIs, including cost, quality, and client satisfaction metrics are exceeded. Cultivate strong, independent relationships with global and diverse client organizations, including C-suite stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor by demonstrating deep industry expertise and delivering innovative sourcing strategies and actionable insights. Lead and mentor sourcing and procurement teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning and high performance. Act as a champion for knowledge services, continuously promoting best practices and thought leadership within the organization and to clients. Contribute to firm-level strategic planning, budgeting, and go-to-market initiatives. Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, client pitches, and developing tailored service offerings. Telecommuting permitted as determined by employer. May require travel or relocation to various unanticipated locations within the U.S. 40 hours/week, $226,158 per year.
