Automation Engineering, Contracts Operations Streamlining, AI Integration Application Testing, QA & Core Systems Management:

Rigorous QA Testing, Technical Troubleshooting, Cross-Functional Collaboration Skills EDI & Integration Platforms:

Cleo Integration Cloud, Liaison, Value-Added  Networks (VANs).

EDI Standards & Protocols:

ANSI X12

(including 850, 855, 856, 867, 943, 944, 997), AS2, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS.

AI & Automation Platforms:

Power Automate, N8

N, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Google NotebookLM Business Analysis & Operations:

XMind (Process Mapping), ERP Architecture (including opensource platforms like Odoo/Dolibarr), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Teams, Time Track Software. (Windows/Linux), system design, network protocols (DNS, DHCP), and computer networking fundamentals. Hands-on experience with application development languages Strong understanding of DevOps practices Knowledge of cybersecurity principles including system hardening, vulnerability management, threat intelligence analysis, and information security best practices. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to load balancing, firewall configurations, VPNs, GPOs (Group Policy Objects), WDS (Windows Deployment Services), and web services integration.
