Process and monitor specialty cap deducts preparation. Prepare various internal and corporate reports. Serve as backup for monthly capitation processing and reporting to specialists. Provide financial and analytical support to management at the direction of the Regional Director of Financial Analysis. Professional Duties Process monthly primary care physician capitation (payment and reporting) to ensure accurate and timely payment. Be proficient in processing monthly specialty capitation (payment and reporting) to ensure accurate and timely payment Process and monitor monthly cap deductions preparation for specialty services and collaborate in process automation. Participate in analyzing and reviewing capitated contracts. Prepare inclusion and exclusion matrix of services under contract. Monthly review and clean-up of institutional inpatient data. Prepare monthly antigens reimbursement, EDD, Arkray. Prepare corporate reporting for membership, Schedule G&H. Work closely with other analysts, accounting, billing, claims, network development, utilization management, hospice and/or NextGen staff to ensure integrity of reports. Prepare various internal and external reports, such as daily stop loss report, J1745 Remicade, productivity reports, etc. Ad-hoc and research requests from corporate office or SMT for any other purpose. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience in an analytical role. With a Bachelor Degree a minimum of 2-3 year experience in accounting or finance, preferable with 2 year experience in an IPA or Managed Care environment. If no degree, 3-4 year experience required. Working knowledge of managed care data analysis, reporting and accounting preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Access. SQL and Crystal reports a plus. Able to work independently with minimum supervision, multi-tasking abilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Analytical and detail oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work with others. No driving required. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. At the discretion of

management, this position has the potential to be a full or hybrid telecommuting position.
