  •  Analyze unique configurations of customer sites and customize processes and training; develop training plans and documentation accordingly
  •  Coordinate and provide Superuser application training; ensure that all Super Users can train customer end-users and understand any unique customer site requirements
  •  Provide application training and support to other staff as required; identify, document, and follow-up on product feature enhancements and issues during project implementation

  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, Registered Cardiovascular Technologist, Registered Cardiac Interventional Radiography, X-ray Technologist or Registered Nurse (RCIS, RCVT, AART, R.T.(R), RN)
  • 4+ years of recent experience in one or more of the above roles in a hospital Cath Lab.
  • Intermediate or higher level of proficiency using PowerPoint (specifically creating and presenting for the purposes of training)
  • Solid understanding of clinical environments and healthcare operations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation and training abilities to a wide variety of audiences
  • Must be willing/able to travel approximately 75% of the time as business needs dictate (travel includes customer sites throughout North America and possibly Canada with overnight hotel stays)
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  •  DICOM structure reporting
  •  HL7
