Join the Publix Technology team as a Lead Business Systems Analyst where you will be part of a fast-paced team working on the point-of-sale system. You will play a key role interacting with enterprise teams and product management to analyze and write user stories to develop features that consider user experience, accessibility, performance, quality, cross-system interdependencies, and scalability. Under general guidance, this position is responsible for developing project plans, managing projects, monitoring project performance, and developing implementation plans for highly complex technology solutions. The most suitable hire for this position will be a technical candidate with strong analytical, planning, problem solving, writing, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with management, peers, technology vendors, and business unit customers.
Location:
Hybrid (Lakeland, FL). To support our hybrid work model, candidates must reside, or be willing to relocate, within a commutable distance of Lakeland, FL.
