full-time BalanceProcess Consulting | Fully Remote | 1099 Independent Contractor | Commission Only About the Role BalanceProcess Consulting is a real estate investment mortgage lending broker specializing in DSCR loans, hard money loans, and creative financing solutions for real estate investors. We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Loan Officer to join our team and help investors secure the financing they need to grow their portfolios. This is a business-purpose lending role. You will work directly with real estate investors
- flippers, landlords, and BRRRR investors
- to structure and close financing that helps them accomplish their real estate investment goals.
No mortgage experience is required and no mortgage license is required. We will train you on everything you need to know about the products, the process, and how to generate your own business. What You'll Do Consult with real estate investors to understand their financing needs and investment strategy Structure and present loan options including DSCR, hard money, bridge, and other business-purpose products Guide borrowers from initial conversation through funding Build your own pipeline of investor clients using our proven marketing systems Learn and execute our TikTok marketing strategy to generate leads and build your personal brand Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to streamline your workflow, content creation, and client communication Manage multiple deals at once while staying organized and responsive What We Provide Complete product training

- you control your income Compensation This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position. There is no base salary. Your income is directly tied to the business you close. Projected income based on the performance of a loan officer who follows the training and executes consistently: Year 1: $50,000
- 70,000 Year 2: $100,000+ Year 3 and beyond: Unlimited potential These are projections, not guarantees.

Who You Are Required:
Prior sales experience (any industry
- mortgage experience is not required) Exceptionally organized
- you can juggle multiple deals, deadlines, and clients without dropping the ball Self-motivated
- you don't need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done Entrepreneurial mindset
- you treat your pipeline like your own business, because it is Familiarity with online marketing Comfortable using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT and willing to make them part of your daily workflow Willing to learn and execute our TikTok marketing strategy, including creating content Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Preferred:
