The business analyst acts as a liaison between the users of Diamond and the technical development teams. In this role you will gather information from state filed rules, rates and forms; test and review existing workflows; interview internal end-users and work with development staff to develop solutions that maximize functionality for our users while keeping within time and resource constraints. The PL Business Analyst develops requirement specifications and follows established procedures to communicate the requirements to the team. The PL Business Analyst acts as a Product Owner for Agile teams within the department.
