Principal Implementation Quality Consultant•Remote#26-08341 Eagan, MN Remote Contract Starts 7/27/2026 Ends 12/31/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Principal Implementation Quality Consultant•Remote position with a Leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager located in Minnesota. This is a 18+ month contract opportunity.
Compensation:
$70.02•$72.18 per hour, W2
Position Overview:
The Principal Implementation Quality Consultant is responsible for leading quality strategy, implementation readiness, testing governance, risk management, and delivery confidence forplex client implementations and enterprise initiatives. This role serves as a senior quality consultant, implementation leader, and trusted advisor who partners with implementation teams, business stakeholders, technology organizations, operational teams, external clients, and vendor partners to ensure successful implementation oues. The ideal candidatebines deep quality engineering expertise with strong implementation leadership, facilitation, consulting, stakeholder management, andmunication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead quality strategy and implementation readiness planning for large,plex implementations and strategic initiatives Serve as the primary quality leader throughout the implementation lifecycle Develop quality plans, testing strategies, readiness assessments, governance approaches, and implementation rmendations Define and drive quality strategies that support successful implementation oues across products and business areas Facilitate discussions involving executives, clients, implementation teams, operational teams, technology teams, vendor partners, and business leaders Prepare and deliver executive-level readiness, quality, risk, and implementation health reporting Identify implementation, conversion, testing, integration, operational, and delivery risks early in the implementation lifecycle Serve as a thought leader for implementation quality practices across the enterprise Lead all testing activities for a major new client implementation
Primary Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience in quality engineering, software testing, implementation delivery, consulting, program leadership, or related disciplines 5+ years leading large-scale implementations, enterprise initiatives, or client-facing delivery programs Experience developing testing strategies, quality plans, implementation readiness assessments, and governance frameworks Experience facilitating discussions and decision-making among executive leaders, clients, business partners, and delivery teams Demonstrated success influencing oues and building alignment without direct reporting authority Experience identifying and managing risks, dependencies, andpeting priorities across large programs Strong written, verbal, presentation, and executivemunication skills Strong meeting facilitation, workshop leadership, and stakeholder alignment skills Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
Desired Skills:
Experience leading healthcare, PBM, payer, government, or other regulated-industry implementations Knowledge of healthcarepliance requirements including HIPAA Experience with test automation, test data management, performance testing, and enterprise quality capabilities Experience developing executive dashboards, implementation scorecards, and readiness reporting Experience in implementation consulting, professional services, client delivery, or program leadership Certification in quality engineering, software testing, project management, or agile delivery If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please !
