Project Manager / Business Analyst / Project Lead - ELN / LIMS Implementation (Life Sciences) About the Role As a Project Manager / Business Analyst / Project Lead - ELN / LIMS Implementation , you will make an impact by leading the end-to-end implementation of Electronic Laboratory Notebook ( ELN ) and Laboratory Information Management System ( LIMS ) solutions within regulated laboratory environments. You will be a valued member of the Life Sciences Consulting team and work collaboratively with laboratory operations, Quality, Validation, IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, scalable, and business-aligned laboratory informatics solutions. In this role, you will serve as both a project lead and business analyst, driving requirements gathering, solution implementation, validation activities, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards. implementation projects from planning, requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, validation, deployment, and post-implementation support.

+ Partner with business stakeholders, laboratory teams, IT organizations, and vendors to gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements.

+ Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process maps, and implementation roadmaps while ensuring complete traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

+ Support system configuration, customization, integrations, data migration, and adoption activities to ensure successful solution deployment.

+ Oversee validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ, User Acceptance Testing ( UAT ), defect management, change control, and compliance documentation within regulated environments.
