About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Salesforce Business Systems Analys t to support and enhance our Salesforce environment and related business processes. This role combines business analysis, system configuration, documentation, and change management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure high-quality Salesforce solutions .
Key Responsibilities :
Configure Salesforce:
flows, objects, page layouts, picklists, reports, dashboards, and permission sets Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business needs Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation Maintain and prioritize the Salesforce backlog with stakeholders and IS leadership Support change management planning and execution Collaborate with QA on test plans and assist with user testing and validation

Certifications Preferr ed:
Salesforce Administrator Certificati on Technical Strengths & Skill s: Working knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and supporting Salesforce Azure environments Strong understanding of Microsoft software suites, connectivity, and general application server configuration Skilled in troubleshooting, communication, and systematic problem-solving Able to work independently or collaboratively across cross-functional teams with strong attention to detail Committed to maintaining the confidentiality, security, and integrity of systems and client data Candidates must reside in Missouri to be considered for this position. Preferred office location is Jefferson City, MO. All other Missouri FCS Financial Branch Locations will be considered. This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Hybrid work environment and flexible work schedule will be considered based off the candidates' qualifications and nee ds.

Team Leader, Business Analysis & Quality Assura nce Job Functi ons 35% Business Analysis Analyzes business processes and needs to determine needed software and process design, modifications and enhancements Documents business requirements and shares with the project team for feedback Designs and recommends technology solutions to business needs Ensures requirements are captured and managed using standardized documentation and approval processes. Collaborates with project managers to align business requirements with resource plans and project schedules. Supports resource allocation planning by providing clear estimates and tracking utilization against project plans. 20% Testing Recommends testing methodologies Devises a testing plan for new/revised technology systems Performs software Quality Assurance testing Documents, reviews and resolves issues identified through testing Updates system documentation 15% Project Administration Administers projects using formal project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid as defined by governance). Confirms, documents and communicates project and Sprint deliverables and timelines Confirms and documents the project/Sprint scope Schedules and leads project status meetings and negotiates with stakeholders Monitors project progress for adherence to scope and timelines Identifies and resolves barriers to project success Tracks and administers projects to meet business technology needs Maintains accurate project documentation in compliance with organizational standards 15% Technology Support Supports employees with day-to-day software and technology issues Determines cause and scope of issues Resolves issues, or escalates issues to others for resolution 10% System Training and Implementation Develops training materials Identifies training participants Schedules and conducts training sessions 5% Special Projects Participates on projects as a subject matter expert or resource Compiles and organizes information to support projects Communicates project progress and challenges to stakeholder Minimum Qualifica tions Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems or related degree 2 years related experience Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of th e job Required Knowledge and S kills Working knowledge of project coordination principles and practices Knowledge of formal project governance and resource management principles General knowledge of software design and programming techniques Knowledge of current software quality assurance methodologies and tools Skill in planning and coordinating projects related to the implementation of technology solutions Skill in working as part of a team and collaborating with colleagues Skill in learning and applying new technologies Knowledge of software development processes and tools, including Agile Skill in analyzing, integrating and documenting business needs Skill in analyzing current business processes and identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement Skill in training end users on software Oral and written communication skills sufficient to discuss a variety of job-related topics, and to effectively communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences Skill in listening and conveying awareness of a customer's problem or issue to find resolution Skill in analyzing complex technical data by using logic and quantitative reasoning Skill in prioritizing assignments to complete work in a timely manner Skill in performing a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature Skill in adapting to changing conditions and shifting prior ities Responsible to appropriately protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the Association's systems and data and clients' data To apply please click on
