Job Type Full-time Description Senior Net Revenue Analyst $99K-$130K Houston TX Hybrid Full Time | Financial Analytics | Hybrid Role
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Responsible for performing complex financial analysis related to reimbursement and net revenue
- Supports system-level net revenue reporting accuracy and financial statements
- Develops analytics to identify and explain net revenue performance drivers
- Reports to Director of Net Revenue
COMPENSATION
Salary Range:
$99,000 - $130,000 SCHEDULE- Full-time
- Hybrid (onsite requirement, including Wednesdays and as needed) ROLE
- Support monthly financial close, including trend modeling and variance analysis
- Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
- Analyze financial data and identify key trends for leadership decision-making
- Contribute to accounting reserve methodologies
- Prepare reporting schedules for auditors and external stakeholders
- Develop managed care contract performance reports
- Collaborate across departments including finance leadership
- Support net revenue system implementations and cross-functional projects
- Monitor reimbursement and regulatory changes
- Serve as mentor and resource to junior staff

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
REQUIRED
- Minimum 7 years net revenue experience
REQUIRED
- MUST have Kodiak (Crowe) experience - non-negotiable
- Revenue accounting knowledge
REQUIRED
- Understanding of reimbursement structures (commercial and government payors)
REQUIRED
- Experience with systems such as Excel, Lawson, EPSI, and Crowe RCA preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
REQUIRED
- CPA preferred
