Job Description
Business Success Consultant Help entrepreneurs build thriving businesses. Essential Speech & ABA Therapy is looking for a highly organized, business minded professional to coach, support, and hold our franchise owners accountable as they build and grow successful healthcare businesses. This is not a sales role and clinical experience is not required. We're looking for someone who loves business, enjoys building relationships, solves problems proactively, and finds fulfillment in helping entrepreneurs succeed. What You'll Do Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new franchise owners Train owners on our business systems, processes, and tools Conduct regular business coaching meetings Monitor KPIs and financial performance Hold owners accountable to their goals and action plans Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational performance Coordinate with internal clinical and operational teams Help franchise owners overcome challenges as they grow Continuously improve our onboarding, training, and support systems What We're Looking For Strong business acumen Exceptional organization and follow through Experience coaching, consulting, project management, operations, customer success, or business management Comfortable analyzing KPIs and financial reports Outstanding communication skills Naturally proactive and solutions oriented Able to build trust while also holding people accountable Healthcare or ABA experience is a plus but not required. We can teach our systems. We're looking for someone who already understands how successful businesses operate. Success in This Role The right person will help our franchise owners become stronger business leaders, improve profitability, execute consistently, and ultimately build successful clinics that positively impact the families they serve.
