Apply Now Role Overview The Senior Strategy and Planning Analyst is responsible for supporting and independently driving several key functions of the department: (1) Board of Directors and Committee Engagements, (2) Corporate and Growth Strategy, (3) Enterprise Business Plan, and (4) Office of the CEO/President Support. The Senior Analyst will build and apply expertise in strategic planning, business planning, analytics, competitive analysis, market research, growth opportunity assessment, and M&A evaluation. This role will have a large focus on growth strategy and growth opportunity support, including multiyear growth planning and the development of business cases and financial projections to inform strategic decision-making. The individual will also play a key role in development and consolidation of the Enterprise Business Plan and related market/functional plans, and translate complex inputs into clear, executive-ready narratives. The individual will both lead and support generation of competitive and market intelligence to support enterprise priorities. The Senior Analyst will help shape and synthesize enterprise strategy, support development of executive-ready materials, and translate complex inputs into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive deliverables across Board governance, strategic initiatives, business planning, and CEO-sponsored projects. Work Arrangement Hybrid = Associate must be in the Newtown Square, PA, office at least three (3) days per week, including core days of Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Responsibilities Supports Directors and Managers while independently managing core workstreams Develops executive-ready slide decks and storylines Conducts strategic, market, competitive, and financial research Develops analyses and models (e.g., business cases, market assessments, financial projections) Supports enterprise and growth planning Coordinates cross-functional deliverables and project follow-through Takes meeting notes and summarizes key action items and next steps Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree required. Specialization in Health Care Administration, Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred At least three (3) years of related experience in strategy, strategic planning, corporate development, consulting, research, or a similar field, preferably with health care industry experience Experience developing business cases, financial analyses, projections, and executive-level presentations preferred Proficiency with
