The Supply Chain Analyst, Business Operations Digitalization supports the "Operating System" of the Global Supply Chain Business Office by driving operational excellence through standardized processes, cross-functional alignment, and advanced digital solutions. This role is a key enabler to the Supply Chain leadership team, ensuring efficient execution and agility through technology-driven transformation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Business Operations & Performance, the Analyst identifies process gaps, translates strategic priorities into scalable workflows, and architects the tools and backend systems that enable execution at scale. • Design and implement standardized operating rhythms supported by digital tools and automated workflows
• Develop data-driven dashboards and reporting solutions to drive alignment and visibility across supply chain functions

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, business operations, analytics, or technical roles in a complex organization
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable processes, systems, or digital solutions
• 5+ years of experience working with data platforms, analytics tools, and automation technologies
• Expert-level proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Expert-level ability to design and build digital tools, including backend systems and workflow automation
• Strong experience with data platforms and tooling (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Fabric, or similar)
• Working knowledge of coding and backend development (e.g., Python, SQL, APIs)
• Proven ability to identify tooling gaps and independently architect and build scalable solutions from scratch

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900., This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
