It operates in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment centered on serving automotive clients nationwide.
Salary:
$90,000-$125,000 base + bonuses/commission (OTE ~$140,000)
Job Summary:
The Territory Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the onboarding and implementation of title and registration compliance software for automotive dealerships. This role includes both on-site and remote support, ongoing client training, troubleshooting, and ensuring long-term client success, with approximately 80% travel primarily in-state.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the full client onboarding and implementation process Provide ongoing training and support to dealership personnel after initial setup Troubleshoot and resolve client issues on-site and remotely Utilize CRM and business intelligence tools to track, analyze, and improve processes Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention Deliver remote training sessions using web conferencing tools Collaborate using platforms such as
Microsoft Teams, Slack, and SharePoint Qualifications:
Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in account management, preferably in SaaS or software Ability to conduct remote training effectively via virtual platforms Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented Automotive or DMV industry experience preferred Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus Willingness and ability to travel approximately 80%
