Join the Clean Energy Revolution Become a Vegetation Management Compliance Quality Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll will help lead the quality control process and methodology, as well as managing the implementation of the strategic sampling requirements that will ensure effective oversight of the Vegetation Management (VM) programs to include but not limited to Compliance, Hazard Tree, Dead & Dying Trees and Structure Brushing. As a Vegetation Management Compliance Quality Advisor , your work will help power our planet, reduce carbon emissions and create cleaner air for everyone. Are you ready to take on the challenge to help us build the future? Responsibilities Tracks and analyzes performance, providing feedback and recommendations on methods to improve quality. Drives quality assurance improvement plans and uses in-depth knowledge of best practices to implement improvements, facilitating continuous improvements by assessing process and product measures. Oversees, participates in the design, development, and execution of and ensures data-related work is performed according to company policies and procedures. Develops training curriculum and educates all levels of the organization in process and performance improvement methods and tools. Provides support to strategy and policy development and ensures delivery within area of responsibility. Identifies opportunities for process enhancements across the organization and participates in process improvement initiatives. Evaluates best practices of data gathering, record maintenance and documentation within the industry, identifies compliance risks and implements risk mitigation to enable innovative solutions. Analyzes business processes, identifies alternative solutions to replace outdated processes and assesses their feasibility. A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity. Minimum Qualifications Seven or more years of experience in advanced data analytics, reporting and developing process improvement opportunities to ensure quality of processes. Preferred Qualifications Two or more years' experience with remote sensing inspection and evaluation of acquired data Two or more years' experience analyzing complex data sets from various sources (20) Experience working under a heavily regulated and audited environment Experience providing work to, or overseeing work performed by contractors Experience working under a Quality Management System Five or more years' experience working with Vegetation Management Codes and Standards such as NERC Reliability Standard
