This team sets the strategic agenda and direction for the Consumer Banking division and acts as a trusted advisor to Citizens' senior leadership. The Senior Strategy Consultant will be responsible for assisting in defining and developing actionable answers to high leverage business questions, defining success measures to track progress against the plan, supporting high-level execution of strategic initiatives, and bringing rigor and objectivity to strategic decisions. In addition, this role delves into industry trends and competitive analysis, synthesizes data into actionable insights, and develops executive level presentations. Primary responsibilities include Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive innovative strategies and differentiate our Consumer Banking offerings Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to drive strategic decision-making Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable insights Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators to track progress against our plan Develop materials for executive strategy and business performance presentations Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in financial services or related field; consulting experience preferred Bachelors degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Business or related field Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders Learning mindset with the ability to pick up new subjects quickly Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams Proficiency in

M-F Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $135,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
