Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related field 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance or CRE preferred Advanced Excel modeling skills Understand of REIT structures preferred

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain complex Excel-based financial models, including mark-to-market analyses and portfolio-level return modeling Develop and maintain corporate-level financial models to consolidate asset performance, aggregate cash flows, and support capital stack evaluations Conduct market and asset-level research to support acquisition due diligence and a growing cadence Aggregate and analyze financial and operational data to assess portfolio performance and risk Prepare and manage consolidated debt schedules and debt maturity profiles across assets and legal entities Leverage AppFolio for data extraction, property-level reporting and portfolio analytics Contribute to the preparation of internal reports, dashboards, and investor materials Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and ad hoc analyses This position reports directly to our Head of Portfolio Strategy and Chief Financial Officer.
